Experience: Worked with major print and broadcast news organizations that include Newsweek, CBS, FRONTLINE, The New York Times, and ABC on foreign affairs. An interlude in the legal world was followed by a return to communications as a Franklin Fellow with the U.S. Department of State in the Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs’ Office of Economic Policy and Summit Coordination from 2012-2013. A member of the official U.S. delegation to the 2015 Summit of the Americas in Panama as Outreach Coordinator which marked a historic, first-time meeting between U.S. and Cuban leaders in more than 50 years.
I’m passionate about PR because: Whatever sector you work in today, communications is an integral part. The prospect of creating impact in terms of social good / social change is what motivates me.
